Foundly by Divinely Digital
Terms of Service
Last updated August 17, 2026
The service
Foundly is a managed search visibility service from Divinely Digital. Depending on the plan, we create and publish content for your website, arrange backlink placements, manage Google Business Profile locations, build citations, monitor reviews, and report on the results. You approve the important work through your dashboard before it ships.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your email inbox secure - sign-in links and approvals go there. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to authorize work on any website or business profile you connect to Foundly.
Plans and billing
Plans bill monthly (or annually for the annual bundle) through Stripe at the prices shown when you subscribe. One-time orders such as authority links and directory sync bill when ordered. You can cancel any plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. All payments are final - Foundly does not issue refunds. Remaining credit can be transferred to another website for a transfer fee, as described in the Refund Policy linked below. If prices change, active subscriptions keep their price until renewal after notice.
Access you grant us
To do the work, you may connect WordPress, Google Search Console, or Google Business Profile, or install the Foundly Connect plugin. You grant us permission to use that access solely to deliver the service - publishing approved content, reading performance data, and managing the profiles and listings covered by your plan. You can revoke any connection at any time, which limits what we can deliver.
Content and ownership
Articles, posts, and other deliverables we create for you belong to you once they are paid for. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after publication and telling us about factual corrections - you know your business best. The Foundly platform, software, and everything behind the dashboard remain the property of Divinely Digital.
What we do not promise
Search engines, AI assistants, and directories are third parties we do not control. We promise professional, honest work - vetted placements, published content, managed profiles, and clear proof - but no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Third-party platforms' own terms apply to your accounts on them.
Acceptable use
Use Foundly for lawful businesses and truthful content. We may decline or stop work that involves deceptive claims, prohibited industries, or attempts to manipulate platforms in ways that put your business or ours at risk. We can suspend accounts for non-payment or abuse, with notice where practical.
Liability
Foundly is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Divinely Digital's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can cancel from your account page at any time. When an account closes, published content stays on your website, and you can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, law, and contact
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will update the date here and notify active customers by email; continued use after notice means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Questions can be sent through the Foundly dashboard or by replying to any Foundly email.
